How Meals Works
Your meals are built to help you get enough protein, keep eating simple, and support you through GLP-1 appetite changes.
Daily plan
Each day gives you breakfast, lunch, dinner, and optional snacks if snacks are enabled.
Portions
- Protein = 1 portion
- Starch = 1 portion
- Vegetables = 1–2 portions
- Yoghurt = 1 cup
- Fruit = 1 fruit or 1 small serving
Snacks
Snacks are optional. Use them when appetite is low, protein is difficult, or you need something small between meals.
Swaps
You can swap meals when needed. Try to swap like-for-like: protein for protein, starch for starch, and snack for snack.
Leftovers
If leftovers are enabled, dinner may become the next day’s lunch.
Support Mode
Support Mode is for harder GLP-1 days. When appetite is low or side effects are active, meals may become smaller, simpler, softer, or snack-based for the day. Turning Support Mode off should return you to your standard meal plan.
Shopping list
Use the shopping list after generating your weekly meals. You can download or copy it without leaving the app.
